Digital items are sent immediately upon cleared payment and are sent as a download link to the email that you have listed with The Printable Shoppe. You can also access the download links on your The Printable Shoppe account page. 

My Account>>My Orders>> Click on Order Number >> Scroll down to Product Name>> Click on Name or Green Arrow and your download will start.

Each item can be downloaded a total of two (2) times. There is no expiration date. After download please be sure to save the file to your computer or storage device immediately. This way you can make sure that you have it for whenever you may need it. 

Tangible Goods

Tangible goods such as paper, supplies, etc will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking number. You will also be able to see the status of your order in your Account Page.
